AMAZON PRIME VIDEO deploys 500 drones during concert to generate stunning karaoke sky show

To promote its April release of “Laura Pausini: Pleased to Meet You (Piacere di Conoscerti),” Amazon Prime Video flew 500 drones above Rome’s Colosseum Archeological Park to create a karaoke show in which 2,000 fans of the Queen of Italian Pop were able to sing along to her hit film song “Scatola.” The illuminated drones operating in perfect synchrony spelled out the lyrics in giant letters against the night sky, allowing the crowd below to belt them back out in unison.
