CARDI B named as PLAYBOY's first Creative Director in Residence
The adult entertainment brand last month put Cardi B behind a desk—specifically, a desk in its editorial offices where she now serves as Playboy’s first Creative Director in Residence, a move that management hopes will help revitalize the brand’s cultural appeal. Cardi B’s job description calls for her to provide artistic leadership for the Playboy empire’s merchandise and digital content operations. As well, she’s tasked with helping grow a creator-driven website called Centerfold that went live in December.
