FORD made a movie that used electric vehicles to power the lights, cameras (and some of the action)

Most people who buy Ford electric cars and trucks do so for transportation, but the environmentally friendly vehicles can also be used to power appliances and—in the case of a new YouTube movie titled “Mushroom”—filmmaking equipment. “Mushroom” is the story of two foragers (one young, the other old, both strangers to each other) who find a rare mushroom growing deep in the forest and proceed to engage in a battle of wits to determine which of them will claim the prize. The production crew used electricity drawn from a Ford F-150 Lightning and two E-Transit vans to operate everything on the set. The aim was to demonstrate the versatility of electric vehicles.
