MARRIOTT checks into the metaverse

Word this past month has it that the hospitality brand is exploring more newness in virtual reality, following the December launch of its first NFT collection at Art Basel (those NFTs included loyalty points for Marriott’s Bonvoy program, giving the tokens real-world value). Among the possible uses Marriott sees for the metaverse is setting up virtual experiences tied to some of its hotel brands. Check out the official NFT page on OpenSea.
