TACO BELL stages a musical celebrating the return of its Mexican pizza

Mexican pizza was a beloved item on the Taco Bell menu until its removal two years ago. However, fans were thrilled when the chain brought it back earlier this month. That return was celebrated on May 26 with a live, star-studded TikTok show titled “Mexican Pizza: The Musical.” Among the artists who were slated to perform: country-western singer Dolly Parton, rapper Doja Cat, and TikToker Victor Kunda. They were set to croon original tunes by Grammy award-winning songwriters Abigail Barlow and Emily Bear. Taco Bell described the production as a "satirical musical about the 'harrowing' story of those who fought to bring back the Mexican Pizza."
