HEINZ introduced a garlic-infused black mayonnaise for Halloween

Even vampires with garlic allergies were raving about the raven-black mayonnaise Heinz rolled out in October to help celebrate Halloween. The specialty condiment was labeled “[Scarily] Good Black Garlic Mayo” and came in three different limited-edition collectible bottles. Its flavor was described by gourmands as succinctly rich, sweet, and tangy—they declared it a perfect accompaniment for sandwiches as well as for stakes (er, sorry, that’s “steaks”).
