Just say no (but not to KRAFT MAC & CHEESE)

Kraft wants consumers to know that it’s okay to eschew the discomfort of trying to honor New Year’s resolutions and instead embrace the comfort of a warm bowl of Mac & Cheese. The food brand rolled out an ad encouraging people to say no to the little things that can unsettle the mind and deprive the heart of joy. For example, if you resolved to stay in your lane, the 50-second spot assured that it’s alright to do the opposite. If you pledged to not work during your lunch break, you should feel free to step away from the computer, said the ad (shot in various locations around New York City). If you vowed to act your age, the commercial urged you to find the nearest public playground and hop on a swing. The ad is titled, appropriately enough, “Happy No Year.” Meanwhile, in support of the ad, Kraft asked fans to go online and use the hashtag #NoYearsResolutions to reveal which 2022 self-promises they’ve already discarded.
